The rest of same-day delivery had been treated as a route-planning problem for a decade. But route planning is what you do at the start of a shift - and the shift never behaves like the plan. The real work is the reallocation, and nothing was doing it well.

A good dispatcher does not look at one route. They look at the whole board. They know when to peel an order off one rider and hand it to another, and they know the cost of doing that unnecessarily. What they do not have is enough hours in a shift to do that for every order.
Iyerxpress is that dispatcher, at fleet scale, awake all shift. The engine does not remove the human on the board - it removes the eighty small decisions per hour that were quietly leaking on-time from the operation.

Not the rider who happened to pick the order up first. Not the rider who has done the corridor a hundred times before. The rider who will actually complete the delivery fastest, given the current state of the fleet, minus the cost of the move.
Delivery windows that are actually realistic.
A window that gets missed twice a week is not a window - it is a marketing line. Every window Iyerxpress produces is a live simulation of what the assigned rider will actually do, on the roads they are actually driving.
Reallocation should happen automatically.
An order that should have moved 8 minutes ago and did not is a miss the operation could have prevented. If the engine can see the miss coming, it should act on it - not wait for a dispatcher to notice.

Working session over pitch
Before any contract, we run a working session on a live slice of your recent shift. If the engine cannot make a specific, defensible improvement, we say so - and you keep your evening.
Shadow before live
Onboarding runs in shadow mode for two weeks - the engine takes decisions but does not commit them, so you can see what it would have done before it does anything.
Reason logs, not black box
Every decision the engine makes is written back with a reason line. If you disagree with a choice, you can find the reasoning and adjust the guardrails.
Honest metrics
The numbers we show you in a demo are the same numbers you will see on your own board. No dashboard-only figures that do not appear in the operational read-out.
